Salishan Coastal Lodge, Gleneden Beach

I love coming to Salishan, as it's a fantastic family-friendly resort where we can bring our dog. The serenity of the surroundings and great customer service keep us coming back. However, I would appreciate a more varied menu at the restaurant to enhance our dining experience.

We had an incredible getaway at this resort, with sweeping coastal views and a fantastic spa experience. The staff were warm and helpful, and the comfortable rooms came with a cozy fireplace. However, we faced an unfortunate power outage during our stay, which impacted our experience, although the staff did handle the situation well by waiving our resort fee. Overall, it's a beautiful spot, but I hoped for more support during the outage.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The resort has a lovely property and spacious rooms with modern amenities, but the service was inconsistent, and I was disappointed by the lack of dining options and local activities. Still, the staff were accommodating when I voiced my concerns, which was a positive aspect.

Salishan Resort is a beautiful retreat on the Oregon Coast, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes and filled with friendly, accommodating staff. While the hotel features many amenities, the proximity to the beach requires a short drive, which could be a minor inconvenience for some.
